For the past twenty-five years, Kari has been offering personal growth workshops twice a year in order to give people a safe place to heal their emotional pain. The workshops are designed to help you learn how to express and release the emotional pain you are carrying, and how to clarify who you are, what you want, and what is really important to you in life. When you attend a workshop, you will have the opportunity to release your old emotional baggage and feel the natural light-heartedness that comes from that release. You will be in a safe, supportive environment with people who really care, and you’ll have the opportunity to search the depths of your soul to get in touch with your truest self.
